Discovery Days
The St. John's Discovery Days Celebration is held in late June.
The long-weekend is filled with an eclectic mix of “hoopla”
to mark the city's birthday with formal receptions, performing
arts, and streets filled with vendors.

St. John's is home to North America's oldest continuously held
annual sporting event, the Royal St. John's Regatta, which dates
back to at least 1816.
